First Time Visitors    

✢   We only offer membership to adults at least 18 years of age

✢   AN APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED for all new students

✢   Schedule an appointment through our Appointment Request Form

✢   Appointment email confirmation will contain a link with directions

✢   2 Free trial visits for weekday classes

I-90 Memberships

✢   After trial visits you are expected to register for a regular membership

✢   Most I-90 members register for a one year monthly auto-pay program

✢   All membership options are listed at I-90 Membership Registration

✢   Private lessons available by appointment

✢   After your free trial, there is a drop in fee of $20/visit for non-members

Attending Classes

✢   We recommend sturdy pants with a belt and T-shirt for training

✢   Bring a complete set of training clothes & shoes that can get wet and dirty

✢   Clean indoor only mat shoes are optional

✢   All classes are open to everyone regardless of previous experience

✢   Training structure ensures everyone receives extremely beneficial practice and achieves quick results
